Silvio was very quick to respond, came to see the job and offered a price soon after which I accepted. Turned up on time and with his colleague proceeded with the work, as it was a bathroom refurb they checked positions with me as they went along which was good. The work was completed well and they left everything very clean. They returned the next day to re-fit a kitchen extractor for me, it was a demanding job they found a way to make it work and again left everything clean and tidy. Fully recommended

The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

High quality job from quote to finish. In the end we had a new boiler and mains pressure hot water tank to replace the original set up. Good advice on products and even saved us from replacing a power shower by understanding the system we already had, when every other engineer had advised that it would have to be replaced. Good price for the job. Always arrived when he said and removed all the waste promptly. I would definitely use Tim again and intend to use him for all my Gas and plumbing needs.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
