Excellent job, friendly & hardworking boys cleaned up daily. On the final day every little bit of rubbish was taken away. It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
