I had to sack Andrei's team after the first day for a few reasons: 1. They were over an hour late both the day of work and the next day before I sacked them 2. He quoted me a price for 2 days work but sent only 2 people, 1 was a labourer who had no clue what to do with the materials I supplied, cut them wrrong, wasted them etc - at that rate it would have taken at least 5 days 3. The work was bad. Every single thing they did we have to redo - handles crooked, door frames loose, inaccurate carpentry - BAD.

Good luck, and i think they should have a logbook to everything they do, so that nothing can go wrong. Well done.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Sadly Dean never followed up his initial response saying he was interested, despite my follow up calls and texts to hi. Not very professional and so disappointed that I will not see him even if he fixes an appointment, as probably will be a waste of my time.
