Welcome to My Trade Services Rated People profile. We are a small but reliable firm of Multiskilled trades who offer a friendly but professional service. Capable of undertaking over 100 repair jobs in the home including Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bespoke carpentry, most Plumbing (no gas), Electrics (no rewires), Tiling, Flooring and much more! You can find us in NW London and we cover North and West London but also surrounding counties such as Harrow and Herts. Fully tooled,  insured and experienced enough to get round any problem you have as long as you can afford it! We are not cheap, but neither are these lead platforms so you are paying for the skills and knowledge. This is highly valuable to all our customers. Also, all works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions being accepted, but if you want a copy of them prior to hiring,  just ask! Terms * Rates are fair and charged in increments so no surprise costs! However, if your property has any surprises, then its up to you to let us know or we will charge accordingly for any extra work done in order to achieve the initial task. Please note, due to recent scams and the cost of living etc, all customers are now required to pay up front for all materials prior to installation. All new customers will be asked to pay up front for labour costs before works commence, just as you would buying anything from a store, we are no different to any other business and do not offer any form of credit nor do involuntary work, sorry. Approachable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, reliable, excellent communication skills, experienced, exactly what we were hoping for - We would definitely recommend John. With his apprentice he fitted 2 new radiators with new pipework, cleaned and balanced the system, serviced the boiler. All in the day. Heating working great, thanks John.

Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.
