Outstanding work and professionalism! I could not be happier with the service provided. The team was incredibly skilled and efficient, handling everything from knocking down walls to installing a stunning kitchen and bathroom. They also completed the infill and laid a beautiful resin driveway with exceptional attention to detail. The communication was excellent throughout and they kept the work area clean and organised. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

After we decided on the price, he decided that he was not going to clean the gutters on both sides of the house even though that was his main argument for such a high price

I ended up choosing another provider who could also complete some non-plumbing works but Tom was very cordial and knowledgeable when he came to estimate and was on time even though he was travelling from afar. Obviously cant recommend his work as I went with someone else but I would recommend to consider for plumbing works. Matt

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

Greg contacted me within 30 minutes of putting the job on the rated people site. Within a further 90 minutes he had come to the house given me a quote and agreed a day to do the job. Was efficient, tidy and would use again.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
