I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
we do all roughcast stone and general brick work repairs lead work and general maintenance special removal work and also digger work trenching drainage clearance and general leveling ect 45years in the trade.
Pat came really promptly for a quote and gave a good price and did the work within the week. Brilliant job - great to deal with - very friendly and just got on with it and got it done. I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
