Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Steve and the guys were very professional. from the initial quotation nothing was left in doubt, Steve gave us confidence and after speaking to several companies, we felt they would be the most reliable. I was right, quality good, price also & the guarantee paperwork came through very quickly. The guys on site we great, especially, the brickie, plasterer, electrician and the general fitters, I would use them all again on future projects. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!
