Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship
Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame

No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!

A job promised to take weeks dragged out for 5 months and ended with this builder walking out on the job leaving some of the work not started, some unfinished and some needing to be redone, despite being paid the full contract amount for all the work. No account was taken for materials in the contract and so I was constantly being asked to pay for these. MOS walked out when I came home to find they had started to pine clad my loft hatch and demanded £300 for this unwanted and unfinished work.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
