Hi there
We have a lounge that is 3.84m wide and we want to replace the floor joists to give us extra head room in the cellar below. We currently have 9 joists 7”x 2.5”
We would like to replace them with 11 or 12 joists ( or more if needed ) 4x5”
Is this possible , if not, how small can we go ! thank you x
