Water ingress and porous walls structural impairment

I have been getting the runaround for some 5+ years now by my social landlord and various of their in-house and outside contractors. Substantial water ingress, brutal repairs for a roof leak that never was when challenged after 21/2 years took 15 minutes to discover it was a heating system it gets a lot worse and they do not seem to think that this has caused serious problems in and around the property. I need a comprehensive inspection and report on all aspects of the property I need to have a target to aim for as the start of penetration of air and moisture reaches unbearable levels and heat retention is virtually nil.
