I have ghosting marks on newly painted walls, above electric radiators which are only a year old! I have tried wiping the wall but they won’t go. I can’t keep paying for walls to be repainted if this keeps happening. I have looked at reasons and still can’t relate these to my home. Any advice please would be welcome. Thank you.
