We've had damp under the bay window in the upstairs bedroom for a while. A few weeks ago in torrential rain we had water streaming in to the room below. We got someone out to look who told us the pointing was shot so we that sorted as soon as it was a dry day. Now that been done and we've got a dehumidifier running in the room we are still noticing the paint is wet and flaking off but also the wall is starting to look mouldy, which is never did before, which leads me to believe something else needs to be done but I have no idea what.
