A plumber who can dismantle tiles surrounding toilet and check it.

My downstairs toilet was changed to a wet room. The toilet has been cased in with tiles.
I would like a plumber to look at the toilet, it sounds as if it is blocked. The drain on the floor in the wet room sounds like there is air in it. It also over flows on the floor.
