Came same day to price up said he could do it now for me did the job cleaned the side took rubbish away hoovered I would recommend him very highly and have kept his number for future jobs wish all contracters was like this

Merrin Electrical responded quickly to my request. The installation team arrived promptly and did a really good job. They were quick and efficent and tested everything thoroughly after the oven and hob were installed. Highly recommended.

Mark phoned and turned up the following morning with his young colleague ( sorry didn’t catch his name). Decent quote and cracked on with the roof tile and gutter bracket replacement. Job done! Very friendly and helpful service. Thanks Mark and team.

Kept me informed. Explained the job in lay person terms. Very clean, neat and tidy when job completed. Honest too - I paid for 1 days work; above job was completed quicker than expected so he did a few extra jobs that needed doing as well. He would be my first contact for future work. Would highly recommend.

They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

Geoff was excellent. Turned up on time, tested our electrics and did a few jobs and gave us some good advice. Charged a fair price and will definitely use again.

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
