He kept in touch while the parts were being delivered, then arranged a very quick installation date, given I wanted the unit installed prior to my going on holiday. He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. I enjoyed the added bonus of them being able to do the work the same day that we negotiated the price. I found them to be courteous, tidy and very efficient.
