Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

I would recommend future dealings with Michael and his workmanship is top standard. I have given an average rating for quality because to be fair I do not know the standard of his work. I had to chase a few times to get the initial quote in which when received was significantly over budget. There were a number of different minor tasks within the overall job and so asked for a breakdown of the quote by individual task so that I could assess and prioritise which I should and could afford to have carried out. I never received the breakdown of costs and the job therefore never started.
