Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

I have been doing plumbing and heating since 2013 I started when I was 19 just doing boilers and radiators, the last 5-6 years I’ve mainly been doing bathrooms and I love them got a great little team together including a joiner and electrician we still do all aspects of the job, I did plumbing at chesterfield collage, I didn’t start that until I was 23 with 16-17 year olds I became the second teacher in our class Get a bathroom fitted from howarth heating you won’t look back for sure ???? Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench
