Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Carl called, called in and had a good discussion on our ideas… then quick turnaround on costs / Scope of works. Leaving us plenty of time to think about, with contact back… but never ever pushy! Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction
