Asked to fix a kitchen leak from a reverse osmosis filter. He took a part off, cleaned the limescale and added silicone and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs later the tube started leaking a lot, took video and turned the tube feed off. When I requested a redress, he said he was on holiday and could send an engineer; I asked how the engineer would fix it but received no response after 2 messages. The tube needed to be changed or hole where tube feeds, made bigger. Would not recommend.

Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. James came over to identify issue we had with shower drainage,he gave us a quote and returned a few days with his very efficient helper Peter,between them the work was done and even though pipes were moved and shower tray lifted you would never know they had been at all,so tidy and very professional,we would definitely recommend this dream team!
