Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Great finish to bathroom floor which was awkward as roll too bath had to be removed and replaced once floor done. Very happy with result. Job took longer than planned but Sam explained that he had overbooked jobs and had other ongoing projects. This was the only issue but he always explained delays.
