Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
