I had a problem with my float valve in my tank. Neal answered my posting promptly and came out to assess the job. We agreed a price and he nipped off to get the parts. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He had a very pleasant manner and I can not praise him highly enough. I would totally recommend him to anyone based on this job.

We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
