Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed
