Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Excellent team, from the person who came out to quote to the people doing the job. We had a family bathroom and ensuite re-fitted, and the team massively contributed ideas as to what we could do, but also carried out the work sympathetic to the fact we were still living here and needed a bathroom, even though that made the job longer. Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. I've already arranged for some inside work to be done in the summer . . .

We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
