I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.

Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Stuart is an excellent tradesman attention to detail is fantastic he takes absolute pride in his work. I'm a complete perfectionist and he was 200% the right choice. His costs are fair especially for such a high standard of work. Completely trustworthy . I would highly recommend him and most definitely be using again soon .

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Posted my Job on Rate People having never used the service before. I had a call from Andy within half an hour letting me know he could repair my Gledhill boiler and that he was in my area. [COMPANY_NAME] arrived at the agreed time, quickly assessed the situation, stopped the leak and then ordered the required parts (which are non-standard and difficult to obtain). He came the next day with the parts and completed the repair. He was quick and efficient. The price charged was as agreed and very reasonable.

Excellent communications. Sourced, installed and certified a new boiler in our house. Not the cheapest quote but competitive and worth the extra pounds for the very professional service received.
