Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would.
