I didn't employ them for the chimney repair but did get new soffits, gutters and facia from them. They started the job immediately and worked on through the rain for the next few days. We were pleased with the end result.

Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.

Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.
