Thanks so much to 1st Class Property Care for assembling my FlatPack Louis Gold Real Marble (heavy) Console Tables×2 / Lamp Tables×2 & Coffee Tables×1 as well as removing/Inspecting/re-packaging my other Louis Chrome real Marble Tables (2× Console / 2× Lamp 2×Coffee Tables), ready for putting in Storage for me to use later when changing my marble colour & frame from Gold to Chrome). They also completely rearranged all my furniture+Rugs & my Lounge, Hall & Landing have been transformed into a stunning Home.

Al turned up exactly as planned and worked very hard at the job. He went to a lot of trouble to match up flooring and skirting - very neat work. He also tidied up after work, so there was minimal finishing for me to do. The electrician he worked with was similarly excellent. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to others or using him again. Well done!

Would recommend Duncan as he arrived on time was polite explained the cost of the work i needed done which was reasonable so agreed and the work was done -i like how he showed me photos of the roof before and after he had done the work

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

I hired Michael and his team for a significant garden renovation/landscaping project with outstanding results. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
