Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
