So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Everything was completed on time, at the time that had been arranged. I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating.
