Martin promptly responded after posting the work. He visited to look over and discuss the proposed job. The height of the chimney was reduce, fire place removed and grate blocked with plaster finish all in one day.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Unreliable and a time waster. Did not meet his commitment. Gave him the job but in the end he just was not interested. Should have said that in the beginning. Talks a good talk but in the end a £1600 job was below him.
