Required a bit of an awkward shaped worktop to be installed.Two successive joiners from Rated People agreed to conduct the works but both frequently kept cancelling,turning up late and not responding to calls/texts. I went back to the website a third time and found Alasdair who agreed to the job.Unlike the other two companies,he turned on time and didn't let me down. I'm extremely happy with the standard of workmanship,especially as the job was quite complex and challenging. I would certainly recommend him

As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed.
