Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Oliver replied to the ad within a few minutes and quickly established a rapport with me - we arranged a visit to look at the work and Oliver kept me informed as to his arrival. Work scheduled within 4 days of the quote and arrived on time to complete the work on a Sunday!! Even when things in the job challenged Oliver came up with a plan and sorted out. Would highly recommend and will almost certainly use OA Plumbing again.
