5 Stars for Sorin He was exceptional doing our flooring. He was reasonably priced and his attention to details is impressive. Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. He is extremely professional and will definitely use his services again for future projects I already have in mind.

Posted job mid afternoon by 14.45 leaks sorted. Dale was very professional and extremely tidy. Told me exactly what he was doing and fixed the problems. Would definitely call Dale again. Has varied skills which is great.

Sean and his team removed and replaced a fence and patio for me. They were easy to work with and provided a good service. Sean used materials I requested, talked through the job clearly and asked questions where decisions needed to be made. On the whole a really decent job.

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. The gardeners worked very hard with only breaks for lunch and tea breaks. Very friendly and considerate. The garden is superb and everything we wanted. We were consulted all the way through. We cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

I posted the job hoping to get a quick response. Hall and son contacted me promptly, attended to quote for the work. Provided the written quote and were able to do the work very quickly. We were very happy with all of the tradespeople, and communication with the office was outstanding. They were all polite, hard working and the jobs were completed to very high standards. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good. The pipework is beautiful. when british gas put it in I had pipes left right and centre all higgeldy piggledy. Darrell has straightened them up neatly. Thank you Darrell. Brilliant job well done.
