this is a family run business with over 25 years experience in all aspects of the building trade, we only take on one contract at a time and are there until you the customer are completely happy with the finished work, references are available on request.

Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Workmanship was of the highest standard and he maintained open lines of communication at all times which kept us reassured. Highly recommended and the first person we will call for all future work. Many thanks.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
