As you can see in photos below, our work is always to the highest of standards and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.

My partner Sara, a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years, and have industrial and home electrical installation experience. Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course and with myself being self trained and helping I am trying also to build up his business profile also We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of quallity of work expected from high end clients. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
Derek did an excellent job, Clean worker, reliable, turned up,when he said he would. Totally trustworthy, was able to leave keys with him when I went out. Did other small jobs that was not included in the quote. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am very impressed with the work carried out by Brad (not forgetting Tyler, his helper). They both worked really hard and did a fantastic job. Both were extremely helpful in moving furniture for me for the inside plastering and the rendering of the back of the cottage looks wonderful now, thanks to their good work. When they finished the job they left everywhere clean and tidy as well. Would highly recommend!!
