Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.

Absolutely top job, no time wasting, all done as promised without even paying a penny in advance. He only wanted to be paid when he had finished the job and I was happy with the quality of work. Highly recommended.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

Needed several small jobs completing, lots of tradespeople wouldn't even consider quoting due to this, but Paul quoted & completed the jobs on the date promised to a good standard. More than happy, will use again in the future.

Very pleasant lads. Came at the appointed time. Price quoted was the price charged. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them and will be using them again.

Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. David was given a very tough spec from myself as the quality of finish was paramount and he has nailed it! He is very considerate, listens carefully and has been professional in every aspect. David has now restored my faith in using contractors again -he and his team are definitely right up there with the best. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
