An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. All in all, I can heartily recommend this firm and have already lined them up for additional building works.

Really impressed with the Pow property team. The communication from the start was great! Always updated on plans and progress. From quote to completion work was quick but this wasn’t at detriment to the quality of work. Everything was thought through in detail and executed to the highest standard.

As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. I pride myself on excellent customer service and working to a very high standard. I have been plastering for over 25 years and originally started out working for my fathers company doing a time served apprenticeship before setting up my own business. Stewart joined us on a complicated project logistics wise and quickly fell in with the rest of the team in a very likeable way. Addition is for the arctex request, not just the redecoration of the ceiling water damage where the work was excellent and the protection of the furnished room was excellent. Final good comment is that the vacuum use was thorough - nothing left to chance.

A gentleman called Kevin who is a partner in the business dealt with my request quickly and efficiently even corresponding by text at my convenience. He was incredibly polite and very helpful and even found me a kitchen fitter for another job. The team came in a practically did the whole house ceilings in two days. I am very impressed and the work was of a very high standard. I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done at a very reasonable price with no hidden surprises. Over the moon.

Laurence’s workmanship was excellent:. The job was to skim a heavily Artexed ceiling and to feather in at the edges to avoid changing the coving and yet leave a nice edge profile visible on the coving. I waited to post a rating so that I could see the ceiling dry and apply a mist (dilute) coat of paint to the plaster. That reveals any issues. I’m pleased to say the quality is excellent -no problems at all and will be working with Laurence in the future.

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. I will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and we have, in fact, already asked him to quote for another job.

Ben managed to fit our painting job in while he was waiting for the plaster to dry at another job. He was punctual and friendly. His work was very good and he sorted out a couple of problems we had with our door frames. I would certainly recommend him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
