Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

At city maintenanced we have a wide range of skill sets so that home owners can think of any project be it bathroom , outside deck area chimney and wall removal and we can accommodate . sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye
