Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I hired Hafeez to repair my kitchen but installed a second hand one lastly. I paid £1,600 initially as materials, all turned into his labour cost. Throughout, Hafeez prolonged the delivery date, made false promises and continually added extra charges, he always have reasons which benefit for him to ask for money which I cannot justify the validity, resulting in significantly higher costs than anticipated. He claimed he is honest and reliable, but when he received his second payment he left without notice.
