Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Cornel turned up at a job with 3 others who didnt have a clue what they were doing. My wall i got taken out by these guys was a terribble job they used the wrong cement and now everyday i have cement falling bit by bit. Cornel also dug the floor to connect a new sink for waste pipe. He concreted the floor back and no water can now go through the waste pipe as hes connected it wrong. So i have a useless sink in a corner of my kitchen. Asked him to come back for 4 weeks kept saying tommorow never came.
