He was also very flexible to my requests and went beyond what I had requested by painting an area of stairway which looked marked - at no additional cost. He also included the ceilings in the price. Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!
