Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Completed job to a high standard, was neat and tidy throughout, he did say we wouldn’t know he’s even been...... apart from a newly plastered room we wouldn’t have. Will be hiring again very soon.

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! Totally Professional from start to finish. Timekeeping was spot on, he arrived as agreed to do the qoute and got back to me the same day. Qoute came in under budget and good value for money. A date was set for work to be carried out and Michael supplied all parts and materials which was ideal. Job was started and finished on time and we were kept informed all through the work. Finished job looks great. No fuss, No mess, when Michael left you would not know he had been here. Thank you Michael

Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

Excellent work, after camera investigation I ended up needing to have the whole sewer and toilet pipe dug out, renewed and cemented. Gerwyn and the team were very friendly and hard working. Replaced piping, re-cemented area connected toilet and added a new man hole cover. Very professional, hard working, clean and tidy would definitely recommend.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Craig and his team were great, always arrived when arranged and would contact if they were unable to. Excellent value did the entire job for under £2000 and fixed a problem with my flat roof. The only problems I had was my neighbours roof had not been finished off as well as mine but Craig and his team came out to fix this too. They always seemed to be rushing and the job took approximately a month to complete.
