I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product.
