I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

After being let down I approached Andy and Ross: What a team I am absolutely delighted with my shower room, They paid attention to every detail nothing was a problem they are very professional and take pride in their work to achieve job satisfaction which I am very happy with good quality finishes and great value for money. Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.
