I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. We used Oliver when having a new kitchen fitted last week to install down lights in the ceiling, a new oven and sockets. He came and looked at the job and explained all the work required to bring us up to current regulations. His price was very reasonable (middle one of the quotes we had) so we gave him the go ahead. Oliver came and installed new cables and arranged with the kitchen fitter when a convenient time would be once the cabinets were fitted for him to come back and install the oven. We found him to be very polite, punctual and clean in his work. We would have no problem in recommending him to anyone and hope to use him again soon
