Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Poor workmanship. I've had to get a lot of work redone that wasn't done or finished off properly. When I asked Josh to come and revisit what needed doing he was quite abusive after arguing over what was agreed or not and basically wasn't interested since he got paid. Paul was rude . He came without shoe cover on a wet day and stained the carpet. Despite the customer's insistence, he refused to quote price for the flat pack after viewing, saying it would be a little above £80, which was initially agreed, before he saw the chest of drawers. After the job he demanded £220 saying customer may decline, if he had told him before the job. Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and began sendingrude and harassing messages demanding £25. This is deceptve .
