John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
