I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction. Adam was brilliant, he did his best to sort out our carpet runner which was botched by an inexperienced carpet fitter who claimed to know what he was doing. The previous fitter intentionally left the winding part of the stairs, claiming to have suddenly fallen ill. It wasn’t an easy task as our stairs are winders, thanks so much Adam you managed to rescue a literal dire state.
