I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly.
